Return Steps:

1. Check your porduct: The mattress has no human damage such as burns, cuts, tears, spots or stains. Because we will donate the recycled mattresses to charity. 

2. Apply for a return: Email us (support@twolike.com) your return request and provied the following information.

① With your order number in the subject line.

② Upload the photos about the problem. And we will reply with instructions. Please Note: We are unable to provide the prepaid return shipping label.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 3. Refund:We will refund the full product price of the mattress less the value of any discount, interest accrued, and shipping charges once the mattress has been picked up.

1. Under what circumstances cannot it be returned?

We will process your order within 1-2 days. You are able to cancel your order within 1-2 days. If you want to cancel your order after 1-2 days hours or after the shipping, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee and a 20% re-stocking fee.

2. Are returns free?

If the product is not returned or exchanged due to manufacturing defects, you will need to bear the return shipping costs.

3. How long does it take to receive my refund?

Upon pickup, the refund will be credited to your account within 1-3 working days, depending on the bank and credit card organization.

4. Damages and issues

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us and provide the necessary photos and documentation to illustrate the problem within 30 days after the purchase. We will arrange a refund or replacement for you after confirming the problem.

5. Change Address

If you want to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We do not support changing the shipping address after the shipment. And we are not responsible for any unsuccessful delivery due to the incorrect shipping information.

6. Order Cancellation

We will process your order within 1-2 days. You are able to cancel your order within 1-2 days. Please NoteIf you request to cancel the order after the order has been shipped, since it cannot be intercepted and therefore a return label cannot be provided, you will need to bear the return shipping fee and a 20% restocking fee.
